How greed and emotions is harmful
We understand with D-mart share (just got example purpose)
I got many query regarding i m in loss in xyz shares now what to do ?? So u try to dig in detail I found some interesting things
Suppose someone bought 30 quantity of d-mart @1200 before 6 month and after stock moving up 1300 1400 1500 1580
They book @1600
He make good profit( 400 rs per share , 400 x30 = 12000rs ) net profit
But now read carefully and understand carefully
Now he track d-mart after he book at 1600 stock is fire like anything 1610 1630 1640 1650
He feel regret himself and he think he get 50rs less 😁😁 and he sold early so he decide to buy more so he got more profit and he buy at 1660 with 50 qty
And stock hit 1680 1690 1700
Still he hadn't book and thinking stock move towards 2000 😊😊
But what happen in next in d-mart start profit booking and stock consolidating
And stock reach again @1600
60rs loss per share now
He think it will recover and hold
Stock again recover it can test 1640 and think still get more but stock again move reverse and reach at 1560 now 100rs loss per share and then he holding still more and finally he book at 1500 with loss of 160rs per share
This is how many people doing
If you feel regret with previous trade or become more greedy and if you cant control your self then you cant make money
